Lettuce Invest

About us

Lettuce Invest Ltd. was founded by us - Florence and Chi Ho. We are UK expats currently based in Hong Kong. Our investment portfolio includes residential properties in both Hong Kong and the UK.

Our Hong Kong property journey began as early as 1997. In 2020, we started building our UK property portfolio with a focus on buy-to-let properties in the Northwest.

Now, we seek to expand our portfolio in commercial and mixed-use buildings, in market towns in the home counties.

Who are we?

Florence started her professional career in finance. She previously worked in Goldman Sachs, UBS, and HSBC before transitioning to a career in education in 2011. She has since been teaching in international schools in Hong Kong.

Chi has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, with a career spanning computing, digital media, and streaming platforms. He currently works as a manager at a technology company.
